The writers of Okie Pundit are RINOs, LIARS, and COWARDS! Oh My!

Seal of Oklahoma.

I have HAD IT!! The writers of Okie Pundit are RINOs, LIARS, and COWARDS!!!!

I know those are strong words, and you will all want me to back these words up. So, I am going to enumerate why I believe that all three of these accusations are true!

First, Okie Pundit is a bunch of RINOs! They support  Bailout voting RINOs Mary Fallin, Tom Cole, and John Sullivan. Whether there has been an official endorsement, or not, by reading their posts, you will find this to be True!

2nd, they are a bunch of Liars! They have posted numerous untrue allegations against Liberty Candidates, such as Randy Brogdon, and RJ Harris. Like this one about Brogdon, which was completely debunked in this story by independent new source KOTV 6 in Tulsa. And this one, about RJ Harris, which Harris himself responds to in this statement!

3rd, They are COWARDS! They hide behind pseudonyms, while making attacks on candidates across the state, who stand for Liberty and the Constitution! Here is their official statement, taken from their “blog”.

Okiepundit.com is a conservative blog written by several long-time Oklahomans.  If you don’t like our anonymity, then you don’t need to read us.  (The last sentence applies primarily to the politicians who throw fits when we’re critical of them).

In other words, we want to write stuff about people, but we don’t want to be held accountable for it!

Now, they are also, very hypocritical, because in their rules for commenting, they include these statements,

Do not flame.
“Flame” v. A broad term describing a set of aggressive, insulting and often derogatory behaviors.

You may not post anything obscene, pornographic, vulgar, slanderous, harassing, threatening, inappropriate, or that which may violate any applicable laws, or that which is a personal attack or personal insult to another. (emphasis added by me.)

Hmmmm… I guess they believe in the “Do what I say, not what I do” theory!

Anyway, the group of “writers” that post on Okie Pundit, are a bunch of Lying, Cowardly, RINOs! I REALLY hope they read this, and I boldly ask that EVERYONE who reads this, PLEASE REPOST IT! I am tired of “bloggers” and “journalists” who hide behind pseudonyms, in order to make attacks on others. If you are going to say something about someone, at least have the courage to use your real name!

Race Tightening for GOP Governor Nomination in Oklahoma!

GOP Governors Race Tightens

Fallin 37%, Brogdon 26%, Undecided 37%

A survey conducted this week by the Brogdon campaign shows a considerable tightening in the GOP race for Governor. The phone survey was automated and asked participants to push a button with the corresponding choice of Mary Fallin, Randy Brogdon and Undecided.

The survey asked few questions, therefore no crosstabs are available. Brogdon Communications Director Rick Carpenter, who conducted the survey, said “Although the survey was not deep in its reach, it was broad. These numbers are based on over 12,000 complete responses from voters representatively distributed across the state. That is the largest sample of any poll made public.”

A similar survey conducted 6 weeks ago by the Brogdon campaign but not released publicly, showed Brogdon: 11%, Fallin: 36%, and Undecided: 53%. Since then Brogdon has gained 15% while Fallin has been statistically flat. “Not every campaign can afford a DC polling firm, we have to make-do,” said Carpenter. “However, this is an accurate snapshot of where the horserace is right now. They might not admit it, but the Fallin campaign knows its true.”

Candidate Randy Brogdon said he always knew his message would move voters, and “as awareness of the race has grown so has our support. I have seen it at our campaign events and in the number of volunteers showing up to help.” Brogdon continued, “a lot of people have burned up a lot of shoe rubber and its making up for a lot of money we just don’t have. Also, many voters are just becoming aware of Rep. fallin’s support for the banking bailout.”

Brogdon said he has always felt he was going to win because “the Lord has called me to this task.” Brogdon credits part of his success to the fact that his campaign has been more issue oriented, and that he has been a more accessible candidate than his opponent, “I’ve shown up anywhere people will listen and I have stayed until the crowd runs out of questions.” However, most of the credit goes to thousands of volunteers. “I am going to have a lot of people to thank on election night and none of them will be lobbyists or their checkbooks,” concluded Brogdon.

Some Interesting Speeches from Mary Fallin

Here are some sound bites from Bailout voting RINO Mary Fallin. If you are still a Mary Fallin supporter after listening to all of these, then you are NOT a Conservative! You are a Big Government loving, Nanny State teet sucking Liberal! (The opinions expressed in this blog DO represent the feelings and opinions of the author and founder of the Tulsa Tea Party!)

Especially listen closely to the last video around the 4 minute mark, when she says that the Constitution is the “easy way out.”

Who is your pick in the Oklahoma Governor GOP Primary?

********************************************UPDATE***************************************************************

Final Poll Numbers

Total Votes: 250

Randy Brogdon: 116

Mary Fallin: 90

Robert Hubbard: 39

Roger Jackson: 5

As per usual, any poll run in Tulsa County, or by a Tea Party site, Randy Brogdon wins handily. Mary Fallin is still running second, but a third candidate, Robert Hubbard is making his presence known, as well. Hopefully, those who wish to make sure we get a True Constitutional Conservative in the Governor’s Mansion, will put their considerable weight behind one candidate, in order to prevent the Bailout RINO Mary Fallin from winning the nomination. If we cannot all coalesce behind one candidate, we will be stuck with just another Big Government, Progressive, masquerading as a Conservative!

Results of Monday’s Tulsa Straw Poll

As sent to me by Harold Vermillion of http://www.OkforTea.com

So, we all think that Kris messed up on the numbers but the following is what she said and we have it all on tape. She also failed to tell the results of a few of the votes. And any missing percentages is appearently undecided votes.

UNITED STATES SENATOR
Tom Coburn 91%
Lewis Kelly Spring .03%

UNITED STATES REPRESENTATIVE, DISTRICT 01
John Sullivan 33%
Craig Allen .03%
Nathan Dahm 31%
Fran Moghaddam .01%
Kenneth Rice .03%
Patrick K. Haworth .09%

UNITED STATES REPRESENTATIVE, DISTRICT 02
Charles Thompson 84%

GOVERNOR
Roger L. Jackson 1%
Mary Fallin 14%
Randy Brogdon 68%
Robert Hubbard 1%

LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR
Todd Lamb 33%
John A. Wright 35%
Paul F. Nosak 32%

ATTORNEY GENERAL
Ryan Leonard 23%
Scott Pruitt 59%

STATE TREASURER
Owen Laughlin 47%
Ken Miller 32%

SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION
Janet Barresi 77%
Brian S. Kelly .03%

COMMISSIONER OF LABOR
Mark Costello 52%
Jason Reese 19%

INSURANCE COMMISSIONER
John Doak 67%
Mark Croucher .06%
John P. Crawford .006%

CORPORATION COMMISSIONER
Dana Murphy 78%
Tod Yeager .03%

STATE SENATOR, DISTRICT 34
Rick Brinkley 29%
Tim Coager 26%

STATE REPRESENTATIVE, DISTRICT 68
Glen Mulready 43%
Howard Pidcock .04%

STATE REPRESENTATIVE, DISTRICT 76
David Brumbaugh 37%
Tony Curtis Griffith 10%

TULSA COUNTY COMMISSIONER DISTRICT 1
John Smaligo 46%
Tracey Wilson 17%

TULSA COUNTY COMMISSIONER DISTRICT 3
Fred Perry 25%
Drew Reese 45%
Michael Masters .01%

TULSA COUNTY TREASURER
Dennis Semler 18%
Ruth Hartje 47%

These numbers show a continually growing strength for the Tea Party and Liberty Candidates, and a downwardly spiraling trend for the incumbents who voted for TARP bailout program. It is beginning to look like Randy Brogdon will easily carry the Tulsa area in the July 27th Primary, as his Primary opponent Mary Fallin has been lost even more ground, since the February Tulsa County GOP Straw Poll!

Also, Representative John Sullivan (who also voted Yes on the TARP Bailout), of Congressional District 1, has lost his 2 to 1 advantage over Challenger Nathan Dahm. They are now in an apparent Dead Heat, with nearly 3 weeks to go.

However, the real surprise for me, is the State Senate District 34 race, which is the seat Randy Brogdon is vacating. Well-known President of the Republican Club, Rick Brinkley is in a virtual dead-heat with unknown Tim Coager. This looks like another case of Tea Party vs Establishment, and superior name recognition is not enough to carry the tide over the populist movement that is the Tea Party.

Another surprise is the Lt Governor’s race, where, despite running an almost completely underground campaign, State Rep john Wright, has a slight lead over the Establishment choice, Todd Lamb.

Well, that’s my take on the latest polling numbers. What do you think? It’s going to be a very interesting Primary season for the GOP in Oklahoma, that’s for sure!

Fried Chicken Dinner is Racist!?!?

The Oklahoma Legislative Black Caucus, has issued a statement criticizing State Senator, and Republican Gubernatorial Candidate, Randy Brogdon, for a statement he made this week, in debate over the Oklahoma Freedom of Healthcare Choice Act.

Brogdon made the argument, on Tuesday, that the Federal Government

“has no more authority to tell Oklahomans where to buy health insurance than it does to tell them where to buy a fried chicken dinner.”

Democrat Senator Tom Adelson, questioned Brogdon’s use of fried chicken dinner, to which Brogdon replied that is what he had eaten for lunch. However, the Democrats in the State Senate, and particularly, the Legislative Black Caucus, took exception to Brogdon’s statement, claiming that he was making a racial reference to President Obama.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! They are going to try to use a statement about Federal Government overreach, and turn it into a racial argument?! I am sick and tired of the “PC Police” trying to make everything about race.

The real question is, why are they trying to change the focus of the debate? Is it because, as usual, Senator Brogdon has the Constitutional “high ground” in this debate? Or, is it because the Democrats realize something, that the Republicans are only beginning to understand?

The real threat to the Democrat Party in the Governor’s race, is not Mary Fallin, whom they have been attacking on her “stimulus hypocrisy”, and dividing time between her job as Congresswoman and running for Governor. The real threat, is Randy Brogdon, who continues to gain support, aand climb in the polls, while Mary Fallin, and the 2 Democrat Candidates, Drew Edmondson, and Jeri Askins, continue to slide against him, despite much greater statewide name recognition.

The truth is, both the Democrats, and the “status quo” within the Republican Party Establishment, fear Brogdon’s popularity within the Tea Party Movement, and in Constitutional and Libertarian circles.

That is why the Democrats have started attacking him, and the Oklahoma State GOP is nowhere to be found in this bit of low-brow, racial politics!

Should Mary Fallin Quit Governor’s Race?

{{w|Mary Fallin}}, member of the United States...
Image via Wikipedia

In a poll conducted on this site over the last week, I asked the question,

What Should Mary Fallin Do?

  • Continue serving in Congress, while campaigning for Governor
  • Resign from Congress and Campaign full-time
  • Drop out of Governor’s Race, and Focus on doing her job in Congress

Well, I have closed the poll, and the results have been tabulated.

61% feel that Mary Fallin Should Drop Out of the Governor’s Race, and Focus on Doing Her Job in Congress!

While only 30% felt she should continue to both run for Governor, and serve in Congress, and only 9% think she should resign from Congress, and focus on her run for Governor.

I happen to agree with the majority of the voters on this one. We DESPERATELY need her to be in Washington, voting against Obamacare, Cap and Trade, Amnesty, and any other of the Socialist bills that Pelosi, Reid, and Obama try to ram thru! Not trekking all over Oklahoma, trying to win the GOP nomination, only to lose the General election.

The Democrats have already started their attack campaign! They have sent out press releases calling her a “Stimulus Hypocrite”. They have sent out emails, and tweets, complaining that she’s not in DC for critical votes, and then have attacked her for getting involved in trying to persuade people in other states to campaign against Obamacare, instead of focusing on Oklahoma’s issue.

I have it on good authority, that if Mary Fallin wins the GOP nomination, this is going to be the tactic they use against her. If she stays in Congress, they will say she doesn’t “care enough about Oklahoma.” If she resigns, they will attack her for not being “dedicated enough to finish the job she was elected to do.” And, they will pound her on voting “NO” on the Stimulus, but then earmarking monies from the Stimulus, and bragging about how good it has been for Oklahoma.

Mary Fallin, despite good polling numbers, has put herself in a position, where she can’t win. Her numbers are falling, and all of her chief rivals numbers are climbing against her.

Please, Representative Fallin, quit the race for Governor, and go focus on the job at hand, in Washington!

Should Mary Fallin Resign from Congress?

{{w|Mary Fallin}}, member of the United States...
Image via Wikipedia

It looks like Congress Woman Mary Fallin is beginning to draw fire for decision to run for Governor, while continuing to serve in the US House of Representatives. The first instances of this that I saw were on Twitter, posted by the Oklahoma Democrat Party (@okdemocrats on twitter.com)

Hey, isn’t the House in session today? RT @MaryFallin Beautiful day for a road trip! Heading to Clinton, Elk City & Sayre for campaign stops

US House is back in session today, but Mary Fallin is taking a “road trip” with her campaign. Why isn’t she in DC doing her job? #okgov

Fallin’s not even appearing with nat’l GOP chair Michael Steele, who’s in OK today. She says party first, but not even they care about her.

But here’s where Mary ought to be: http://bit.ly/dgTCAS RT @MaryFallin Dropped by the National Route 66 Museum in Elk City. Very cool!

Oklahoman picks up on Mary Fallin’s “road trip” – and her missed vote to fund the roads she was cruising:http://bit.ly/cdzruB #okgov

The last post, refers to the article in the Daily Oklahoma, the Mike McCarville, of the McCarville Report, talks about here.

McCarville writes,

The Oklahoman’s Chris Casteel is tracking Congresswoman Mary Fallin’s attendance record as she also campaigns for governor.

Writing on the newspaper’s blog, Casteel reports the following:

U.S. Rep. Mary Fallin, R-Oklahoma City, returned to Washington on Wednesday and cast her first votes in the House this month, after missing 20 votes in March while campaigning for governor.

Fallin was “tweeting” from the campaign trail in western Oklahoma on Tuesday, as the House was in session.

She missed three votes and an Armed Services subcommittee hearing about how the children of military personnel are affected by their parents’ deployments.

Last week, she missed a hearing in the same subcomittee in which the panel heard from the military officials in charge of doing a detailed study of how the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell would affect the armed forces.

Through Tuesday, Fallin had missed 31 of the 92 votes cast in 2010.

Most of the votes were on non-controversial bills, such as congratulating the New Orleans Saints for winning the Super Bowl. But last week, Fallin, an advocate for small business and for road-building, missed the vote on a bill that would extend federal highway through the end of the year and offer new tax incentives to small businesses.

In an interview in November about how she would balance her job in Congress with campaigning for governor, Fallin said she would miss some votes.

She said she didn’t consider resigning her House seat to campaign. Katie Bruns, Fallin’s communications director in Washington, said Wednesday that Fallin “is working two full-time jobs right now _ representing the state’s 5th district and running to become Oklahoma’s next governor. It is going to be a delicate balance to ensure she makes as many votes as possible while sharing her plan to create more and better jobs with Oklahoma’s working families and small businesses. “Mary has only missed 4.2% of votes this Congress and missed less than one percent of House votes between 2006 and 2009. Of her missed votes this year, most included post office namings, sports team congratulations and several other congressional recognitions.” Bruns’ reference to the 4.2 percent of votes in this Congress includes all of the votes cast in 2009. A Congress has two sessions. Bruns said, “Mary believes the next election for governor is an important one for the state and takes her service to Oklahoma seriously, and that means she’ll need to spend time in Oklahoma along with her time in Washington.”

What struck me, is the fact that Rep. Fallin has missed 2o votes in March, already, and 31 of 92 in 2010. Apparently, she is having trouble balancing her campaign, and her Responsibility to represent the people of Oklahoma.

Campaigning is going to take more of her time, as the race continues to get tighter. So far, she isn’t even debating her major rivals, or doing any of the really hard campaigning, and yet she doesn’t have enough time to do her job, and make sure she is in Washington, for crucial votes, and important meetings and votes in the Armed Services subcommittee, which she is so proud of being part of.

It’s time for Mary to make a choice. She needs to either resign her seat in Congress, or drop out of the Governor’s race, one or the other! You can’t serve two masters!

A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. James 1:8
